MELIAMA 2009

The Greek Scientific Apitherapy Center is organizing on the 26-29,
March 2009, MELIAMA 2009, the 6th Annual Greek Apitherapy Congress together with Apitherapy Workshops and will take place in the Institute of Agronomic Sciences, Ktima Sygrou, Maroussi – Athens,Greece

The event is under the auspices of APIMONDIA and EDOM, the National Honey & Bee products Organization and is supported by the Hellenic Homeopathic Medical Society (H.H.M.S.). Conference participants will have the opportunity to learn about the latest research developments from specialists who will outline practical applications of apitherapy in health prevention, hygiene and the treatment of various diseases

The featured workshops will be concentrated to the areas of dermatology, pathology, general medicine, pediatrics,ent’s
Satellite symposia will focus on apitherapy applications in specific medical specialties: pediatricians, pathologists, reumatologists,nutrition doctors, homeopathy doctors, alternative medicine specialists, pharmacologists etc.
